This is a nice addition to the existing home which was also built by Jordan Builders. Goes to show that we take on any project, but this is a matching 900+ sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath pool house to the existing house, complete with spacious kitchen open to living. has a small office area off to the side of the living. 9' high ceilings walk in closet and even has laundry hookup. Nothing was left out of this clever design. |

Very Luxorious home located in the Garden Ridge Area, in the Prestigous Rockwall Ranch Subdivision. Full of Beauty with no shortcomings on ammenities. And believe it or not this actually was in, many opinions, a bargin. So much of a bargin it sold in framing stage of construction, because originally it was just going to be a model home for sale.
