| Each Jordan Builders home is provided with a ten year limited structural warranty. This structural warranty is confined to the foundation and framing system of the house. Bonded Builders Home Warranty Association administers the structural warranty. Electric, plumbing and A/C are covered for two years. Any other warranted item on the home is covered for a period of one year from the date of closing. Additionally, manufacturers' warranties cover many items in the home. Jordan Builders will assist it's customers in facilitating service on their new home. Email requests for warranty information will be answered Monday through Friday. | |
